Just a Little Bit of Pixie Dust

If you are looking for ideas for Easter baskets, stocking stuffers, or just prepping for your upcoming Disney vacation – before you check off everything on your packing list, you may want to stock up on one more Disney vacation must-have . . . Tinker Bell Gifts.

These are like presents from Santa Claus during your Disney World trip. They can be a fun way to pre-purchase souvenir type of items and save some money.

Purchasing these items in advance is a fantastic way to maximize your vacation budget while creating even more magical memories that will be talked about for years to come!

Sneak some small gifts into your suitcase and leave them as a surprise!

Some families prefer to have Tinker Bell gifts waiting in the room when you get back from a long day at the parks while others have them arrive first thing in the morning.

I find this can really cut down on souvenir spending because when children encounter an expensive item they want you can simply encourage them to wait to see what Tinker Bell may have left for them instead.

NEW DISNEY PJs

New PJs are a fun way to kick off a Disney World trip. The Disney Store and Target always have a nice selection for little kids, big kids, and adults.

COSTUME FOR CHARACTER MEALS

Headed to a character meal? Or maybe just to meet a favorite character? Have your child wear a costume to make it even more fun.

GLOW STICKS and TOYS

Things that glow in the dark are fun to have at night at Disney World, but if you buy them after you arrive, you’ll pay a lot for them. Bring some from home to save money without skimping on fun.

You can pick glow things up at lots of places, but you can get 20 glow sticks for $1 at Dollar Tree which is hard to beat.

DISNEY SUNGLASSES

Once again, Target to the rescue for affordable Disney stuff. Some Disney sunglasses at Target even come with a matching case, which makes them even cuter to give as gifts.

WORLD SHOWCASE PASSPORTS

One of the best ways to get kids interested in the various countries around the World Showcase is by having them get a passport stamped by the Cast Members in each pavilion.

DOLLAR STORES

Just head to your local Dollar Store, 5 & Below, Target dollar spot, or Michaels clearance bins to look for some value-priced treats.

I have been able to snag Disney character-adorned water bottles, notebooks, activity packs, hand sanitizer, coloring books, and even some puzzles.

BONUS TIP

Wiggly tooth? No worries!

If your child loses a tooth during your Disney Vacation, never fear; the Tooth Fairy and Tinker Bell have an arrangement. Tink is happy to step in and leave some pixie-dusted goodies under the pillow.

Let a resort Cast Member know what has happened, and they may be able to assist (not guaranteed). Most resort shops will offer Tinker Bell-themed items: jewelry, wallets, and toothbrushes.

Penny Press machines and trading pins are also great gifts from Tink.
